Headquartered in Tyne and Wear, Newcastle, United Kingdom, Walker Filtration Group celebrated 40 years of operation this past July, with success in the filtration, vacuum, separation, and drying industries.

In 1983, the company started in the family home of founders Brian and Carol Walker. Since then, the company has expanded into its existing 129,167 ft² premises. The company currently supports divisions in seven different countries. This includes Walker Filtration Inc., the USA division of the company, located in Erie, Pennsylvania. 40 years later, the Walker Filtration Group continues to serve the global compressed air and gas industry.

In July, each division of the company marked this important milestone with a week-long celebration for employees. These events served as a thank you for their part in the business’s success and growth. Celebrations at the Erie facility included a presentation by the senior management team, catering from local food trucks, a trivia challenge, and more. Throughout the remainder of the year, there will be various themed events for staff to continue celebrating.
