Recruitment Process
We are particularly proud of our culture at Walker Filtration. To ensure we recruit talented, ambitious and driven individuals, our recruitment process is robust.
There are normally two stages: the first stage, an informal interview assessing the skills and experience you have gained so far, along with your preferred working style and working environment. This ensures you like us, and we like you! The next stage is frequently a formal interview, assessing your skills and experience in greater depth and the interview sometimes involves a presentation or a task relating to the role you have applied for.
For senior management positions candidates may be asked to complete Psychometric tests such as Verbal and Numerical testing and / or Personality assessments.
If innovating and growing with us sounds like something you’re interested in, take a look at our current job vacancies.
