Our standard recruitment process includes two stages; an informal interview assessing the skills and experience you have gained so far, and then a more formal interview, assessing your skills and experience in greater depth where we may ask you to present or complete a task. Our more senior roles may include further psychometric testing to ensure you are the right fit for us, and we are the right fit you.
